EOD Team Laeder

Duties: Deployed to Central African Republic as an EOD Training Team Leader: • Operating in the capacity of an EOD Training Team Leader as directed by the Project Manager. • Ensuring the adherence to and compliance with all TDI SOP and NTSG on all related activities. • Carry out all EOD related training and mentoring related activities as directed by the Project Manager, including • Delivery of training courses • Reporting of EOD/IED information on UNMAS format • Conduct EOD/C-IED awareness training • Conduct C-IED and /or EOD trainings to MINUSCA Forces IED/EOD teams to maintain a full capacity of the TCCs throughout the contract • Maintain any specialized IED/EOD equipment • Assist with the design and development of training packages as directed by the Project Manager • Provide mentoring oversight to assets as directed • To complete all necessary operational paperwork and reporting, accurately and on time in compliance with SOPs and NTSGs • To undertake all reasonable requests as directed by the Project and Administrative Managers in pursuance of contract deliverables. • To manage the following activities in conjunction with the Project Administration Manager, the following day to day administrative requirements, including but not limited to; a. Reconciling a field float. b. Management and disbursement of subsistence allowances. c. Fulfil all necessary roles when deployed independently in terms of sustainment logistically and administratively for myself, subordinate personnel and the assets provided to carry out any given task.

Duties:  Train international staff for IED AWARENESS  Train the trainers in Security Defence Forces for IED AWARENESS.  Train SDF in seven regions of Burkina about search details.

POSITION: SEARCH /EOD/IEDD Team Leader PERIOD: 2018 - 2019 COUNTRY: SOMALI Duties: -C-IED T3 in route search Instructor in BNDF - EOD/IEDD Team Leader at Jowhar sector five for BNDF in Somalia, Mentoring by Mentors from Safe Lane Global, with my IEDD Team we follow logistic Convoy to defeat IEDs ambushes against convoys on Mogadishu – Jowhar Road (MSR) in Sector 5 for BNDF. - Intervening during IED task in sector 5 for BNDF with my EOD/IEDD Team, Mentoring by Safe Lane global mentors. - following refresher courses in EOD, IEDD and Combat Trauma Course by Safe Lane global Mentors at Jowhar. EMPLOYER : BNDF ( AMISOM) POSITION : Escort Commander PERIOD : From June 2015 -July 2016 DUTIES : -Escorting the internationals, Food collection, and water collection for UN organizations and General escorts for AMISOM at Kismayo in SOMALIA using AMISOM convoy. -Security and Escort for UN organizations such as OIM, UNDP,UNOPS, UNICEF, OCHA ,UNMAS and UN POLICE for training at KISMAYO EMPLOYER : BNDF ( AMISOM) POSITION : PSD Team Commander in UNMAS SOMALIA PERIOD : 2012 – 2013 DUTIES : - -Serving with AMISOM operations in SOMALIA, coordinating escorts and security for (UNMAS Staff ) and Humanitarian Demining teams in SOMALIA. -Maintenance of UN vehicles through MECHEM garage. - Organizing Training of PSD Team. -Liaising between AMISOM troops and the international staff. -Organizing convoys for UNMAS staff and the mentors during an IED or VBIED Task in MOGADISHU town. -Responsible for VIP Personnel Security Details Team in UNMAS
