Duties: Responsible for conducting RSPs for every hazardous device found and marked by the Search team. Responsible for conducting spot task for different IEDs, UXOs, AXOs. Conducting training for different team members before commencing any clearance task. Support and assist Operations manager and Search Advisor to prepare and execute Task Implementation Plan. Responsible for planning, allocating and assisting with procurement process for clearance team kit. Responsible for conducting QA/QC of the clearance team. Plan, prepare and assist national NGO to conduct controlled bulk demolition of the explosive hazardous items neutralized and removed by DCA. Training and supporting NTS team to conduct survey of a hazardous area.

Duties: Key role as Technical Advisor was to support the Mine Action program. Responsible for creation of implementation plan for different clearance Tasks. Produced amended implementation plan as required due to changes in the scenario and conditions. Supported Project Manager to review and amend different plans and Procedures. Represented The HALO Trust in liaison with all stakeholders. Provided referral solutions when the teams encountered complex EO. Acted as an EOD operator and specialist to manage any encountered devices when the teams were unable to do so. Quality Management of the Team Members per the HALO SOP. QA/QC to confirm the Team Members are following HALO SOP. Recorded compromises/recommended changes to the HALO SOP in QA comments and notes. Participated in developing and building the national capacity of team members by creating training opportunities for different capable candidates. Responsible for planning and producing monthly fleet deployment and Logistic support planning, with amendments as needed for changing priorities. Deputised for Operations Manager in his/her absence. Three weeks of Humanitarian Mine Action Orientation in Cambodia before deploying to Iraq.

Duties: Worked in the most hostile region in Northern Mali to support peace and stabilization of the country including support manoeuvre of International Troops in the UN mission (MINUSMA). Recognized and Accredited by UNMAS as an EOD/IEDD Team Leader to work under high threat environment of Mali. Provided EOD/IEDD support to different Force Protection troops during Logistic Convoy. Clearance of MSR (Main Supply Route), Safe Demolition of AXO (Abandoned Explosive Ordnance), and PBI (Post Blast Investigation) after the explosion incident.
