Please see below for more information about the main duties and responsibilities of qualified and experienced Leadership and/or Management roles such as Team Leaders, Project Managers, Logistics Managers, etc. These are general outlines, and specific roles may require more specialized skills, expertise, experience and qualifications.

Team Leader – Oversees the day-to-day activities of the team; motivates the team to achieve organizational goals; implements appropriate timelines to achieve targets. Delegates tasks to team members, provides training as necessary, and liaises with Senior Management to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operational activities.

Project Manager – The Project Manager is responsible for daily routine management of the project and must be highly competent in managing multiple aspects of the project including scheduling, project finances, quality control, and risk management. The PM is responsible for making sure the project is running on time and to budget; dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary; and making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and results, in line with SOP’s and contract specifications.

Logistics Manager – The Logistics Manager supervises the movement, distribution, and storage of supplies and materials to ensure all required items are in the right place at the right time. Their responsibilities include planning routes, analyzing budgets, and processing/researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.  They will also be responsible for evaluating budgets, updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements, and ensuring all operations adhere to relevant laws, SOP’s and quality control requirements.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Exceptional communications and problem solving skills.

Strong Leadership skills.

Must be customer oriented, and capable of using own initiative with a proactive approach.

Excellent organization skills and able to prioritize workloads successfully to work to tight deadlines.
